Filling volume and filling speed can be arbitrarily regulated, with high accuracy.

It is widely used in the food & beverage, cosmetics, personal care, agricultural, animal care, pharmaceutical and chemical fields. And it is an ideal device for low viscosity fluid, paste and liquid filling.

☆ Material of this dual-use paste and liquid filler machine is mainly food-grade stainless steel. Piston is made up of teflon material. Removable buckles make the lotion filling machine easy to maintain.
☆ This pneumatic filling machine has an efficient filling performance. Equipped with a hopper with a large inlet volume at once. A rotary valve control the transfer of paste material to the outlet, without dripping.
☆ Adopt air pressure gauge to accurately monitor air pressure change. This cream paste filler needs to work with an air compressor(excluded). Support manual/automatic model, emergency stop with safe cut-out device.
☆ With large power air cylinder, the whole filling process is controllable, including the operating speed of air cylinder, filling speed and filling volume, to meet different needs for accurate filling.
